Congratulations on your decision to purchase Youngevity nutritional supplements. We’ve included important information below to assist you to receive your products at the best price possible, and also to help you achieve maximum health improvements.
You have been issued with a Preferred Customer ID number and either setup your own Password or you were issued with a Password by the warehouse if you phoned through your first order. This Preferred Customer number ensures you receive wholesale prices on any future orders. If you are unsure of your Password please call the New Zealand warehouse and quote your ID number, then one of the staff will find your password.
In order to receive future orders with free delivery you need to setup an autoship order that totals a minimum of 100QV (Qualifying Volume). Watch this video on how to manage your autoship.
Autoships can be set monthly, two monthly (bi-monthly) or quarterly – just let our team member know which you prefer. Please check with our team member to ensure your order meets the 100QV needed for free delivery. Autoships can be paused or stopped at any time.
Dr Wallach recommends that you commit to a minimum of 90 days on this new nutrition plan. During this 90 day period your body creates most of its cells brand new. This is the natural cell replication process that happens every day. The only difference in this forthcoming 90 day period (provided you ordered a Healthy Body Start pack) is that your body will be receiving the 90 Essential nutrients it needs for optimal cellular health. This means by the end of the 90 days the quality of your new cells may be much higher than before you began. So, in this time you should be noticing changes in a number of health areas.
