There are a number of factors involved when a person is looking for recovery from health challenges. For example – the length of time the condition has been present; the general state of health of the individual; age; diet, how acute the condition is; etc. However, we often have feedback from new customers experiencing improvements in their physical wellbeing within a couple of weeks.One of the first things people often report is an increase of energy, and often aches and pains subside. We recommend filling out the Health Evaluation form before you start taking the supplements, then fill it out again in 30 days, 60 days and 90 days. This is an efficient way of tracking your results over time.

Youngevity products are hypoallergenic and contain no wheat, soy, corn or artificial ingredients. On occasion certain people may be allergic to one or more nutrients or herbs contained in a formula. Further, if you are not accustomed to taking full spectrum dietary supplements and have a history of sensitivities, you might wish to begin with the products slowly, building up to the recommended level over a period of time.

Even if you were to take 10 X’s the recommended amount, the only side effect would probably be diarrhea for a day or two as it could put your body into a detoxification process. The body will absorb what it needs and eliminate the rest.

To get the best and quickest results Dr Wallach recommends therapeutic dosage of the pack which is one pack per month per 100lbs (45kgs) of body weight.

Dr Wallach recommends taking one pack per month and add on 1 bottle of Colloidal Plant Derived Minerals instead of the second or third pack. The extra Plant Derived Minerals can support faster return to health when taken with the Healthy Start pack.

When you first purchased from Youngevity you were assigned a Customer number. This is your User ID. If you purchased online you would have entered your own password during the purchasing process. This will be the password you can use to login to your back office and manage your orders. If you purchased by phoning Youngevity you would have been assigned a password. If you are in the US phone 1(800) 982-3197, state your name and address and our Customer Service representative will find your assigned password.

Autoship means that your order will trigger automatically on the same day each month. You can change your Autoship order by logging into your back office using your User ID and password.

In Australia and New Zealand you also have the option to choose a two monthly or quarterly autoship, instead of monthly. Phone the warehouse on 1800 756 467 to arrange this time frequency.
