Ingredients:
2 to 3 tablespoons of YGY Easy Eats Salsa Mix
1 cup chopped tomatoes
¼ cup diced onion
½ minced jalapeño
Chopped cilantro, to your preference
A squeeze of lime juice, to your preference

Directions: Mix 2 to 3 tablespoons of Easy Eats Salsa Mix with chopped tomatoes, then combine with the rest of the ingredients. Chill for 15 minutes before serving.
