Dosage instructions

Tangy Tangerine powder – 2 scoops per day, no later than 5pm as it can make you too awake and alert for sleep

Could take it 2 different ways:

1. 1 scoop in glass of water first thing in the morning, then 2nd scoop mid-afternoon

2. Place 2 scoops into litre bottle of water, then sip on this throughout the day. Best to finish it by 5pm.
